Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders where this is expressly indicated in the store.

All orders are prepared and dispatched from our logistics centres. During periods of high demand, special campaigns, promotions or public holidays, preparation and delivery times may be extended.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Preparation Time

The estimated preparation time for orders is 1 to 4 business days from purchase confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once the order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time for Europe is 7 to 15 business days.

These timeframes are indicative and may be affected by logistics incidents, periods of high demand, operational checks, public holidays or delays on the part of the carrier.

Confirmation and Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking information to check the status of the shipment.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate and up-to-date shipping address at the time of placing the order.

If you notice an error in the address provided, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lumerebrand.com. We will do our best to update the details before the order is processed or dispatched. However, once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address.

If incidents, delays, returns or additional costs arise as a result of an incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the customer, such costs may be borne by the customer.

Cancellations

If the customer needs to request a cancellation or modification of their order, they should contact us as soon as possible at info@lumerebrand.com.

However, once the order has been processed, prepared for shipment or dispatched, we cannot guarantee its cancellation or modification.
